Molding and Casting Silicone Rubber with Best Flowability Lukopren N Super
- Manufacture of simpler molds from less intricate models, but with very fine relief for subsequent casting in plaster, wax, soap (candles, medals)
- Production of casts and impressions for inspection purposes (defectoscopy)
- Production of pads, attachments, custom seals
- Separating or masking layers
(easily removable due to low adhesion to the substrate) - Casting and encapsulation of electrical devices
(mechanical and weather resistance)
Precise dosing of
Lukopren Catalyst N is necessary for rubber vulcanization (details in the technical sheets below)
Vulcanizate has very low adhesion to most substrates (can be peeled off), to enhance it, it is necessary to use a primer - Lukopren Primer A or N
When making molds, we recommend separating the template for easier demolding; silicone molds due to their self-separating properties do not require separation during use
Transparent shade can be easily colored using Pigment Pastes
Silicone rubber can be easily bonded or glued with single-component adhesive Lukopren S
