Silicone rubber with enhanced thermal conductivity Lukopren N 6681
- Encapsulation and potting of electrical components requiring increased heat dissipation (transformers, capacitors, coils)
- Electrical insulation, separation, and protective layer against water, moisture, UV radiation, dust, mechanical damage, temperature, and chemicals
- Molding production of pads, inserts
- Masking layer (easily removable due to low adhesion to substrate)
Precise dosing is necessary for rubber vulcanization
Lukopren Catalyst N
(more details in the technical data sheets below)
Vulcanizate exhibits very low adhesion to most substrates (peelable), for increased adhesion, it is necessary to use a primer - Lukopren Primer and or N
The rubber paste is dyeable only to darker shades using Pigment Pastes;
Silicone rubber can be easily bonded or glued with Lukopren S one-component sealant

Protective encapsulation using Lukopren N 6681
